Shipping Policy

At Goal Getters Academy, we aim to process and dispatch all physical orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Physical product orders are normally processed within 2–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Session Bookings & Passes

Bookings for Football, Multi-Skills, Tutoring and other Goal Getters sessions are not physical products and therefore do not require shipping.

Once purchased, your booking or session pass will be confirmed electronically using the contact details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Goal Getters Academy and we will do our best to assist you.
